We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager & Executive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and CFO, supporting day-to-day priorities and ensuring alignment across initiatives
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics to support leadership
• Track follow-ups, action items, and key priorities for the CEO and CFO
• Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support internal team coordination and communication across departments
• Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Support team events and internal programs as needed
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce administrative burden for leadership
• Review incoming customer inquiries (including fan mail)
• Draft and send professional communications
• Escalate issues when appropriate
• Ensure the office is organized, fully stocked, and operating efficiently
• Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor relationships
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Coordinate outgoing packages and ensure timely pickups
• Create shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in office management or executive administrative support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to be on-site in our North Andover, MA office 5 days per week
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role.
